“Boutique by The Grand” is one of the latest concept store created by Lisboa Food and Wines Limited and managed under their flagship brand “The Grand”. Lisboa Food and Wines Limited owns and operates a number of renowned restaurants in Hong Kong including the famous three Michelin starred L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong and their French-styled cafés Le Salon de Thé de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong. Aside from the “Robuchon Hong Kong” brand, their own brand “The Grand” operates “The Grand Buffet”. This is the only 360 revolving restaurant in Hong Kong, famous for it’s “a-la-minute buffet’ concept offering an incredible variety of international delicacies. “The Grand” also has its own food manufacturing factory locally, where carefully selected ingredients from around the world are used to produce a variety of freshly hand-made pastries, baked goods and gift boxes daily. “Boutique by The Grand” will offer many temptations like their signature items of crisp and buttery palmiers, handcrafted cookies, rich cheesecakes, delicate chocolates and classic macarons.
